Coming Home To Israel
‘Kehillot Tehilla,’ (Heb. ‘communities of praise’), an enterprise owned by the international nonprofit ‘Tehilla,’ the Voluntary Union for Religious Aliyah , will host a workshop about "Purchasing Your Home in Israel for the Oleh & Investor Alike" on Oct. 16 in North Miami Beach and Oct. 17 in Boca Raton. The workshop will cover topics including Financing, Legal & Tax Issues, New Construction vs. Existing properties, Retirement Opportunities in Israel, and New Kehillot Tehilla Projects. Guest speakers will be Paysi Golomb, Director of Kehillot Tehilla and Avi Zimmerman, Director of Communal Aliyah in the city of Ariel.
"This period from Rosh HaShanah through Succot is a time of reflection and of action," says Golomb. "If you believe your future is where your past is, our organization can help you take the steps needed to bring your family closer to "Home."
Kehillot Tehilla was conceived in May of 2001 and has helped hundreds of families purchase homes throughout Israel while generating millions of dollars now invested in Israeli markets.
"We have of course helped many olim and Israelis purchase their first and /or second homes in Israel, but this program is not just for olim," says Golomb. "Kehillot Tehilla is also designed for those looking to purchase homes in Israel before Aliyah, for retirement, for vacation, or even for investment. Based on our numbers, we are able to negotiate reduced real estate fees, legal fees, lower than market rate mortgages as well as significant discounts on new construction projects that can save our members thousands of dollars."
The North Miami Beach workshop will take place Tuesday, Oct. 16th at 8:00 pm at Shaarey Tefilah (305-651-1562) located at 971 Northeast 172nd St. The Boca Raton workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 17th at 8:00 pm at the Boca Raton Synagogue (561-394-5732) located at 7900 Montoya Circle.
